Salary: Clerk Grade 8 starting at $109,371 pa

Your role


At Community Corrections, we aim to reduce the impact of crime on the community by effectively case managing offenders to achieve resettlement and successful order completion. We’re excited to welcome motivated Leaders with well demonstrated leadership skills who can lead a team of Community Corrections Officers to work with our client populations under the framework model of risk, needs and responsivity case management.


Community Corrections Team Leaders provide professional support, mentoring and leadership to the team to ensure a high standard of professional service delivery that is compliant with legislation, policies, and procedures.

What you’ll do


The successful candidate will develop and maintain a cohesive team with a positive and transparent culture focussed on practice excellence. The role also works within a leadership team to identify systemic areas for development, implementation and monitoring of activities to ensure team members’ quality work practices. There are extensive training opportunities and promotional opportunities on progression. What we’re looking for


Applicants will have superior skills in offender supervision and case management. They will demonstrate experience in conducting background enquiries, analysing complex information and risk / needs assessment in the development of case plans and workload prioritisation.
