For our repair shop in Brande Denmark we are now looking for a Quality Specialist to ensure a dynamic collaboration with our suppliers and stakeholders so we keep the high standard of Siemens Gamesa.
How to contribute to our vision
The Quality of repaired components is managed by the Quality Specialist, and upon arrival in the Repair Shop the components are inspected and their condition is evaluated and documented.
When the components is repaired the Quality Specialist performs the Final Inspection to evaluate and document their conditions before the components is send to the customer/site
The Quality Specialist perform the inspections in the Repair Shops in Brande and Esbjerg.
Among you daily task will be:
  • Perform Incoming and Final Inspections
  • Manage the Repair Shops system/processes (SAP SRP QM/QSYS, Teamcenter, Sharepoint etc)
  • Manage the role as SAP Key User
  • Manage the Repair Shop non-conformities opened by the Repair Shop, other warehouses/plant
  • Design and coordinate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation
  • Elaborate and analyze Quality concepts, methods, tools, and procedures as parts of effective Quality Management Systems
  • Executing Quality Responsibility/tasks according to Quality Governance, standards and procedure
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
Candidate with an interest in quality and the passion to ensure the Quality in our Repair Shop, with high Quality standards.
We expect you to have 2-5 years of experience, experience with quality in the wind industry will be an advantage.
You should be a great communicator and team player and be able to ensure the quality standards and procedures are met during this critical activity.
As our department communicates in both English and Danish fluency in both languages, both written and verbally is mandatory for the position.
In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
