About You:
As a UI/UX Designer at Codum, you will work hand-in-hand with the founders to shape the next generation of Codum's platform. Your fresh ideas and perspective will help us redefine the way people learn and grow in tech.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with UI/UX prototyping tools such as Figma is a must.
- Superior communication and collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Innate problem-solving abilities, out-of-the-box thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete designs, always maintaining a strong focus on user experience, user flows, and feature usability.
- A deep-seated user-centric focus, fortified by experience in user research and a strong empathetic mindset.
