JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist customers in booking, reserving, and purchasing airline tickets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the ticketing process
- Help customers with itinerary planning, flight availability, fare options, and ticket pricing information
- Process ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds according to airline guidelines and customer preferences
- Collect and verify passenger information, passport details, and other necessary documentation for ticket issuance and compliance with travel regulations
- Assist customers with special requests, such as seat selection, meal preferences, and travel accommodations
