So where do you come in?
The Packing and Production section is an imperative stage in our operation, it is the final stage of quality checks and the team within this section are responsible for ensuring all client orders are packed accurately and efficiently.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic full part time team member to work within the wholesale production team, to use their knowledge and understanding of food safety and have a keen eye for small details - the key element that takes the business from ‘good’ to ‘exceptional’.
The key responsibilities of this role:
- Pick and pack wholesale and online customer orders to the highest standard
- Constantly maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Quality control all products according to standard
- Identify any problems and alert a supervisor/manager
- Help package products
- Actively understanding each client’s needs and understand how to achieve them
- Complete all daily tasks as allocated by Management
- General cleaning
The ideal candidate will:
- be punctual and reliable
- Be organised with a high attention to detail
- be proactive and take initiative
- have experience in production, packing and distribution
- work well in dynamic environment and in a team
