Job descriptions:
1.Attracting and recruiting qualified candidates for job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent.
2.Ensuring new hires are properly onboarded and trained, including developing orientation programs, training plans, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities to improve employee performance.
3.Overseeing the development and implementation of compensation and benefits plans, including salary structures, incentives, health benefits, and retirement plans.
4.Handling employee relations issues, including conflicts, disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintaining positive employee relations.
5.Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission and values, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and promote fair and consistent treatment of all employees. Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations related to employment, including wage and hour laws, discrimination laws, and safety regulations.
6.Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to keep employees informed of company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
7.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems to support effective decision-making and compliance with laws and regulations.
8.Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Job requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years working experience in Recruitment / Talent Management.
2. Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
