This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management (CRM) within the luxury fragrance industry.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Customer-service minded and customer-satisfaction driven, with strong business accruement.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about the luxury fragrance industry and e-commerce.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time internship with a duration of 5-6 months.
  • After an orientation period of 1-2 months, hybrid working (up to 10%) will be offered based on good performance.
  • We prefer candidates who live in or nearby Zuid-Holland, Netherlands.

Your mission:

  • Assist in the implementation and management of CRM strategies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries or concerns via email, phone, or social media.
  • Provide friendly and appropriate solutions, recommendations, and responses to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate personalized communication campaigns.
  • Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives.
  • Assist in analyzing customer data and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of CRM activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis to propose innovative CRM approaches.
  • Handle tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
  • Handle customer information in a discreet and professional manner, ensuring the highest level of privacy and data protection.
