YOU WILL DO:
- Implementation of digital e-commerce campaigns
- Development of ideas and designs for newsletters, social media, webpages and webshops
- Design and further development of the look & feel of our brands
- Giving feedback on ideas and designs
YOU WILL BE PART OF:

YOU BRING:
- Professional experience in the development of designs for digital media
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – esp. Figma
- Good English skills – German is a plus

Overview of the recruiting process
Our goal is to make the interview process streamlined and effective. Below you'll get an overview of what to expect:
Screen: After you apply with us, we'll review your application with your potential manager and the team.- Take-Home-Challenge: The challenge helps us to assess your skills fairly and better. It also gives you the opportunity to get a sense of what's important to the role and to us.
- HR Chat: Your conversation with HR will last about 30 minutes and will take place via Microsoft Teams. We look forward to getting to know you better and learning more about your motivation, experience, and expectations. The conversation should give both sides the opportunity to decide if there is a cultural fit.
- Technical chat: You get to know your potential manager in a conversation. The conversation lasts about 45-60 minutes and takes place via Microsoft Teams. You'll learn more about the position and the team, and you'll discuss in more detail about your experience, skills, and expectations.
- Team Chat: After you've met HR and your potential leader, it's time to meet your potential team members/stakeholders. For us, this is a very important step to make sure it works as a team. Team Fit is the basis for a successful collaboration and to reach the next milestones together.
