1) Process licence applications, which include checking layout plans of the premises and land agency’s approvals, as well as imposing suitable and appropriate licensing conditions.

2) Conduct pre-licensing checks on the premises to ensure compliance with the pre-licensing requirements.
3) Attend to public queries on licensing-related matters.
4) Prepare and implement revised / new licensing regime / initiatives
Requirements:
1) Knowledge in HACCP or Food Safety Management System will have an added advantage
2) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
4) Highly independent, organised, self-motivated, meticulous, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
