Job Description
- Ensure LOKAL Room standards & services are up to mark by maintaining quality checks as per the standard operating procedure.
- Entertain guest requests and handle complaints by resolving them within a given timeframe
- Ensure all upcoming bookings are updated in hotel records, maintain quality assurance reports and submit them timely to the reporting authority
- Maintain inter-departmental relationships in the hotel and across the LOKAL rooms chain
Requirements
- Graduate/ Diploma in Hotel Industry
- 1+ year experience in the hotel industry
- Highly motivated and passionate about serving in the field of hospitality, with a solution-oriented mindset
