Our Automation Engineer and Innovation team helps clearly articulate technology requirements and the business demand for automation and innovation solutions, influence senior stakeholders, and build a strong foundation to grow and scale. You'll deliver powerful and differentiated automation and innovation solutions enabling the business strategy of the Firm and evolving to accommodate changes as needed.
岗位职责:
. Conduct automation demand analysis, solution design and project management, and collaborate with technology team to complete the end-to-end tool development and post go-live maintenance

. Communicate project status, issues and risk to stakeholders, senior management.

. Support X-LoS to drive digital transformation implementation

任职要求:
. Bachelor degree or above.
本科以上的学历
. At least 1 year or above experience in Project Management or Lean Practice
一年以上项目管理或精益实践经验
. Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications e.g. Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, etc.
熟练掌握办公软件,如Visio,PowerPoint,Excel, Project等的使用
. Ability to identify issues using data, analyse the root causes and drive the solution deployment

. Good report writing skills in both Chinese and English
