As a KOL Talent Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day business affairs of VIXARS talents, as well as advise and support talent through their needs. Responsibilities:
- Managing internal and external communication on behalf of VIXARS team and management
- Acting as a first point of contact for talents
- Working with internal content and production team on talent strategy and content creation
- Communicating and managing clients expectation for each job and handling the logistics
- Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third-party agencies for collaboration of various campaigns/promotions
- Assisting and accompanying talents to relevant locations for jobs
- Day-to-day administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, monitoring content creation, and following up on sales leads

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience with KOL
- Have used social media or worked on campaigns with influencers
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of trending influencers
- Experience with doing market research
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Great leadership and verbal skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
