Operations Administrator [South Africa]


 

The overall objective of this Operations Administrator role is to effectively manage and oversee the general office administration of Transport operations.

Responsibilities

Administration Duties:

  • Data Capturing
  • General Administration
  • Filing
  • Reporting
  • Capturing of invoices
  • Debtors Administration
  • Ad Hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12/Matric or Equivalent
  • 1 – 2 Years Relevant Experience
  • Experience working in Transport Industry essential
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook)

Qualifications Matric or equivalent

  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook)

Experience

Experience in Transport environment essential

  • Data capturing experience
  • General administrative experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kraaifontein, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High School (matric) (Required)
