We are looking for high motivated people with:
➔ 1-2 years of experience in telesales/sales/customer acquisition
➔ Conduct outbound calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential students or parents to promote the IT school's programs, courses, and offerings.
➔ Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, prospecting, and cold calling. Maintain a database of leads and update relevant information.
➔ Sales conversion: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, provide
information about the IT school's programs, answer inquiries, and address objections. Convert leads into enrolled students through effective sales techniques.
➔ Relationship building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents. Nurture leads through ongoing communication, follow-ups, and personalized interactions.
➔ Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and conversion rates. Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward goals.
➔ Provide accurate information: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the IT school's offerings, including courses, curriculum, pricing, schedules, and admission requirements. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to potential students.
➔ CRM management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to record and track leads, manage communication history, and update customer
information.
➔ Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, such as admissions counselors or marketing personnel, to align sales efforts, share feedback, and contribute to overall sales strategies.
➔ Ability to communicate in basic English.
Terms of work
Job type: Full time (Monday - Friday 9:00 - 18:00)
Location: Abacus Tower, 58 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Responsibilities:
➔ Consult, introduces and answers questions about product of SIT based on the data
➔ Find out the needs and deliver an excellent customer experience by supporting
customers’ requests via phone
➔ Build strong relationships and convince customers to use the product
➔ Take full responsibilities for KPI/Performance
➔ Other duties as assigned.
Report relationship:
➔ Directly reporting to Marketing Communications Manager
