- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform-as-a-Service (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) market.
- Experience managing a Sales team with business goals and in a business growth environment.
- Experience with cloud sales management.

Responsibilities
- Optimize the team for scale and growth by acquiring new customers and increasing business from existing Google Cloud Platform customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to grow the business and deliver on goals (e.g., Marketing, Sales Development, and Partner teams).
- Test new approaches to grow business. Work with our Partner team and vendors on programmatic initiatives to increase growth.
- Develop and implement best practices. Ensure the team is up-to-date with the newest trends and improve team skills through development and training.
