We are looking for an experienced AFC System Administrator (Automatic Fare Collection System) to join one of our ver exciting transportation projects in Riyadh, KSA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operation and Maintenance of AFC systems
Manage Central Clearing House systems.
Handling of AFC systems Interface to 3rd Party System (e.g Journey Planner application, Customer Call Center)
Analyze AFC fault reports and AFC related customer complaints and Coordination with the AFC Contractor
Test and release new software in the Test & Development Center including ITS interfaces.
Configure changes in the systems settings and administer access rights within the AFC system in alignment with the Client.
Supervise AFC assets stocks for Service and Maintenance and align with Contract Admin and Finance team.
Administer the AFC cards, black list, new Versions, new Fare products,…
Experience & Education
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in related field, such as Engineering, IT, …
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in related field of Operation & Maintenance of AFC systems.
Mandatory Skills
Proficient with Excel advanced functions
Data oriented mind with attention to details
Very good level of spoken and written English language
