At Iris van Herpen we are looking for an experienced Business Director to manage partnerships and finance. The ideal candidate is a competent leader that possesses a strategic mind, commercial awareness, good knowledge of management and impeccable relational skills.
The position is to ensure the profitability of the company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success. Attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to organize workload by priorities are essential. This is a full-time position based in Amsterdam.
As Business Director you will be overseeing the development of our studio, identify and develop business opportunities, to increase business revenue and expand the company's presence.

Manage the strategic direction, implementing the studio's medium term strategy.
Business development, initiating and overseeing brand partnerships, building strong relationships.
Monitor financial data and implement solutions that will improve profitability.
Managing and inspire a small team on a daily base to increase the artist's profile globally.
Overseeing day-to-day operations and address potential issues before they arise, plan the team's tasks and achieve deadlines.
P&L:
Responsible for managing and allocating budgets and achieving or exceeding turnover targets
Required:
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Based in the Netherlands
Passionate and understanding of the creative process within art and fashion.
