- 7 days of week
- 6 am to 8 am
- 2 hrs per day plus 2.5 hrs extra per week
These are some general functions; however, the candidate will receive the training. Duties include:
- Remove rubbish & replace bin liners
- Clean external surround of bins with disinfectant
- Clean Rubbish from carparks, common areas and nature strips
- Sweep and blow all carpark areas and footpaths
- Sweep and ensure common area is spotless
- Clean toilet
- Stock toilet paper, hand towels, facial tissues and hand soap
- Check walls for Graffiti and clean graffiti if any
- Clean Bin Area and flatten cardboard in recycle dumpster
- Clean corridors and common area to shop
- Remove any cobwebs around the premises
- Clean all drains
- Restock cleaning supplies
- Clean windows and framework
- Weed spraying & removal
