General Description:

Develop and communicate comprehensive analysis to find opportunities and risks based on business market, and digital ecosystem data. Knowledge in database structuring and governance for the improvement and automation of different data sources from Digital Marketing, CRM, Aftersales, Customer Experience and other areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in datasets from different sources.
  • Perform predictive analytics to provide valuable insights about customers understand digital behavior patterns and predict market trends.
  • Lead and transfer business needs in developments, testing and maintenance of different interfaces of systems and platforms to automate data flows and consumption.
  • Read, extract, transform, stage and load data into selected tools and frameworks as required, collect and process unstructured data on a large scale and in a format suitable for analysis.
  • Elaborate test framework, design, and implementation of procedures for data quality assurance.

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Actuarial Science, Mathematics; IT engineering or related (Data science, analytics, statistics).
  • Certifications in:
    • Digital Analytics:
      • Google Analytics
      • Facebook Analytics
      • Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge in:
    • Data mining
    • Python, AWS, R, SQL
    • BI tools as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Data Studio, etc.

Previous Work Experience
  • At least 3-year experience in positions within Digital Analytics, CRM & Digital Marketing.

Skills and Abilities
  • Language: Advanced level of English
  • Must have:
    • Ability to work under pressure and produce understandable and actionable reports and analysis from data.
    • Good communication skills in order to influence and evangelize peers and other business areas.
    • Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms.
    • Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.
    • Adobe analytics experience.

  • Nice to have:
    • Adobe campaign experience
    • Knowledge in Google & Facebook Campaign platforms
    • Knowledge in Lead Management Systems
    • Adobe Journey Optimizer
    • Knowledge in data processing for relational, NoSQL and cloud databases.
