How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for an IT Program Manager in the area if IT Infrastructure (Transformation and M&A Projects). You will execute strategic IT projects for Siemens Gamesa having full responsibility for budget planning and controlling, resource planning and adherence to given project methodology and KPIs.

Your main focus will be IT Projects related to SGRE Business Mergers or Acquisitions.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
  • Conducting strategic IT Projects (Area: IT Infrastructure) for delivery of Mergers & Acquisitions, IT implementation and IT improvements by adhering to SGRE given project methodology and applying given KPIs
  • Functional responsibility of project resources including support of development- and competency management
  • Develops and controls overall Infrastructure Transformation Business Case and the infrastructure capital expenditure budget for infrastructure.
  • Participates in the assessment of external and internal infrastructure capabilities required to achieve desired business goals.
  • Identifying and engaging project-relevant stakeholders to ensure an aligned communication and decision-making process.
  • Ensuring full compliance of project-related value flows within the SGRE IT organization.
  • Typical Budget (accountably managed): 20 MEUR to 50 MEUR p.a
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
  • You have a degree within computer science, business administration or similar.
  • You have 6-8 years of work experience as IT project/program manager in international projects with strong M&A focus especially in the IT Infrastructure Area
  • You have experience with managing project resources
  • You have expert knowledge of project methodology, e.g. PMI or similar
  • You are customer-focused and have strong communication skills as well as the ability to communicate in layman’s terms with customers.
  • You have experience in working in international environments and teams.
  • You are fluent in English, orally and in writing.
