Job role
We are looking for an IT Project Management Office to support our Allianz Consulting Team that is focusing on the delivery of large IT Transformation and IT Service Design Projects within Allianz. Allianz Consulting is the Inhouse Consulting Company within Allianz with more than 500 employees worldwide. This role requires initial professional experience as well as a distinct ability to learn, develop and manage demanding environments. Solid functional skills in the areas of (IT) project management are as important as being a dedicated colleague who is committed to the goals of the customer in an international setting.


Responsibilities
  • Support of the project management- and program management lead in the alignment of the project tasks within an interdisciplinary team
  • Takeover of responsibility for project coordination and management
  • Preparation and follow-up of management meetings as well as moderation of project meetings
  • Preparation of management presentations and other documentation
  • Support the resource planning in coordination with the project-/program managers
  • Creation and maintenance of project and project phase plans
  • Contribution and standardization of improvements (knowledge database, lessons learned)
  • Actively ensure compliance with standards, quality and transparency in the project portfolio
Requirements
  • Studies in the fields of economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable qualification/professional training
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in (IT) project management, transformation management and PMO
  • High flexibility, quick perception, team skills, reliability, curiosity, resilience and organizational talent
  • Fluent business English spoken and written
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Self-motivated personality
  • Well-developed interpersonal skill
  • Intercultural competence, global mindset, solution orientation, motivation to learn, develop and reach next level
