Personal Assistant [Singapore]

Responsibility :

  • Daily keep track of Directors’ work and calendars
  • Assist the Director with general office administration and personal matters
  • Arrange travel & event planning for director/company
  • Coordinate training program
  • Arrange meetings & take minutes
  • Maintain company social media accounts
  • Assist the Director with marketing and business development task
  • Liaise with clients, staff, vendors, overseas suppliers, etc
  • Perform general office maintenance duties and adhoc administrative duties as assigned


Requirements :

  • Diploma/degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Self-motivated, creative and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Adode Photoshop/Illustrator are added advantage
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
