Responsibility :
- Daily keep track of Directors’ work and calendars
- Assist the Director with general office administration and personal matters
- Arrange travel & event planning for director/company
- Coordinate training program
- Arrange meetings & take minutes
- Maintain company social media accounts
- Assist the Director with marketing and business development task
- Liaise with clients, staff, vendors, overseas suppliers, etc Perform general office maintenance duties and adhoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma/degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Self-motivated, creative and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Adode Photoshop/Illustrator are added advantage Fluent in English (written and spoken)
