Retail Assistant/Customer Service [Australia]


 

Aussie Seafood House currently have customer service representative positions to fill at our Capalaba Store. The positions are best suited to applicants that have weekday availability during the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities and duties would include sales, stocking and the preparation of seafood for retail sale. To apply for these positions you must be self motivated, with a high attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Your duties and training will include:

  • general product knowledge of seafood
  • interacting with customers
  • developing positive repeat sales skills
  • packing and preparation of prepacked items prior to selling
  • constant cleaning and hygiene standards
  • safe handling of food

No previous experience in seafood is required but a detailed resume with references is (if this is your first job personal references will be suitable).
