Role Overview:

Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our products and services.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Directors to develop and execute effective sales strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with existing clients and establish new connections within the industry.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations that showcase our products' benefits and address client needs.

Quotation and Proposal: Create accurate and competitive sales quotations and proposals that align with client requirements.

Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to enhance our competitive edge.

Sales Reporting: Maintain comprehensive sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and opportunities.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant teams to drive product enhancements and improvements.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a unified approach to achieving sales objectives.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A background in Engineering with a flair for sales is advantageous.

Sales Experience: Ideally have prior experience in a sales role, especially in a technical or engineering-oriented environment.

Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Customer-Centric: Exhibit a strong customer-centric approach with an ability to understand and address customer needs.

Negotiation Skills: Showcase proficient negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.

Analytical Aptitude: Possess analytical thinking to identify sales opportunities and develop effective strategies.

Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic work environment and remain adaptable to changing market conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: From Rs35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
