Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
Lazada Marketing Solutions is a strategic function that spearheads the awareness, adoption, optimization, and revenue growth of Lazada Sponsored Solutions—an AI-powered set of marketing tools that help our brands and sellers grow their businesses. We strive to heavily invest in innovating new solutions to address our brands' and sellers' pain points and elevate their experience while using our platform. As the Solutions Account Manager Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving a significant business impact by leading the way in cultivating growth and success through the utilization of Lazada Sponsored Solutions among local LazMall brands and partners. Furthermore, you will lead your function, acting as a marketing solutions consultant and gaining exposure and buy-in from both internal (commercial teams) and external (brands, agencies) stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of LazMall brand partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales portfolio management plans, including brand selection for high-touch support and tactics to optimize growth opportunities and areas for improvement, aimed at driving revenue to meet the assigned KPIs.
  • Engage directly with brands to drive adoption, increase investment, and nurture relationships, delivering exceptional satisfaction in Lazada Sponsored Solutions. This includes providing actionable insights such as data analysis, reporting, and recommendations for relevant stakeholders, as well as offering ad optimization suggestions, effective media plans, and guidance on other spending activities to help achieve brands’ business objectives. Additionally, provide support in finance operations related to closing sales.
  • Serve as the go-to person for brands, providing product support, including handling technical questions, troubleshooting, and gathering local product feedback to echo it to the product team for driving improvements.
  • Streamline and provide product updates, market trends, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to identify key data and success stories.
  • Spearhead partnership programs such as “Agency Partner” to plan, execute, manage, and optimize the programs, aiming to achieve business objectives. This may involve conducting meetings with agencies, organizing external training sessions, and establishing essential workflows/SOPs.
  • Supervise junior team members
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in account management, business sales or relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing and digital media/advertising strategies.
  • Proficient in analytical skills and able to derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive revenue growth. Must have a high level of proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Passionate about problem-solving and resourceful in addressing challenges with innovative solutions. Resilient and willing to view setbacks as learning opportunities.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Able to take ownership without close supervision and drive results in a multi-stakeholder environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial and product.
  • Effective presentation skills. Solid verbal and written communication in Thai and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to achieve collective goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment, navigating through ambiguity and embracing change.

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):

  • Solutions sales experience or direct experience in managing a high volume of accounts.
  • Experience or familiarity with the advertising platform, online platform, or e-commerce industry, including marketplace dynamics and trends.
  • Exposure to ecosystem-level projects or scaled initiatives, or experience in building a business from scratch.
