THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Warehouse cum Driver. This role requires a combination of warehouse management skills and driving abilities. The Warehouse cum Driver will be responsible for performing various warehouse tasks, such as receiving, storing, and exceptions handling, as well as minimally transporting on a contingency basis. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warehouse Operations:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against incoming D/O’s
- Inspect and properly store goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Scan shipments for inbound
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to the company's standards.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and ensure items are securely stacked.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and suggest improvements.
Driving Duties:
- Safely transport goods and products to designated locations using company vehicles.
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Load and unload shipments at delivery locations, ensuring proper handling and placement.
- Verify delivery documents and obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or repairs needed.
- Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers or clients.
Documentation and exceptions handling:
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or incidents to the warehouse supervisor or manager promptly.
- Provide regular updates on delivery status and potential delays or issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical stamina
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
