CRM Specialist
KWS Scandinavia A/S is seeking an experienced CRM Specialist (m/f/d) for our office in Vejle (Denmark). As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships, enhance engagement, and maximize customer lifetime value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data, identifying customer profiles and support the mapping customer journeys to ensure a smooth customer interaction as well as buying process. This position is full-time and permanent.
Make an impact:
- Develop and optimize CRM System (Salesforce) in close collaboration with the sales team in DK & marketing community within KWS
- Train sales team in efficient use of Salesforce
- Create exceptional buying experience for customers across the digital touchpoints Salesforce, Marketing cloud, MyKWS & KWS e-commerce
- Support building a positive awareness towards the KWS brand
- Support the finetuning of the overall customer experience
- Customer support in connection with e-commerce sales to Danish farmers
Your profile:
- Academic degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Several years of experience in the field of marketing with focus on CRM
- Experience in relevant IT systems is of advantage (Salesforce)
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Team player with hands-on mentality, agile and networking skills, customer-oriented working style
