Junior Support Engineer (Brussels) [Belgium]


 

What can you expect?

As a Junior Support Engineer, you are the first point of contact for customers. You provide daily support on all kinds of problems, ranging from IT to functional support. You help end users via remote desktop connections or face-to-face.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience: you have a first experience in IT Support (< 2 years)
  • Expertise: you have a (basic) knowledge of computer management, O365, networking, Active Directory, etc. You have experience with service desk / ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Strenghts: you can work independently with a good team spirit and are eager to learn.
  • Languages: you speak fluent Dutch, English and French.
