NowNow is currently hiring a Senior Business Analyst for the location Nigeria. We are looking for a person who is experienced in the core SQL with extensive skills in preparation and dashboarding of data with deep understanding of the sales domain requirements on the data and automation side.

Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be from the FinTech Company with good understanding of the domain and relevant experience in the same field
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.
- Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- collaborate with the business, marketing, and product teams to sync and deliver analytical insights.
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Should know the Reporting and dashboard creation on automation.
- Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
- Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis
- Monitor data to identify changes in consumer and business trends
Job Requirements & Skills
- A valid masters or bachelors/master degree with minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated Experience in SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts
- Experience in Tableau will be an advantage.
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
