Administrative Assistant
My client an Educational Institution seek to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their team, on a part time temporary contract.
The main aspects of the post are:
· Daily running and administration of the Health Promotion Research Centre including office allocation and equipment set up.
· Administration and liaison with research accounts, research office and HR for research grant management, staff recruitment and retention.
· Management of purchasing, invoicing, and reporting on, budgets and expenditure for research grants and the main centre and conference accounts.
· Good design and marketing skills for website and social media (e.g., Kaltura; T4 Web editing; LinkedIn, Twitter; Adobe Indesign and Pro; Canva).
Skills required:
· Organisational, administrative and computer skills.
· Experience with the development event management, e.g. conferences, webinars etc.
· Good accounts literacy for financial monitoring and reporting with attention to detail
· Excellent resource manager (including physical and human resources).
· Ability to self-manage and work in an autonomous and adapting environment
· Excellent Information Technology skills, including extensive experience of MS Office: Word, Excel, SharePoint; Agresso and a good working knowledge of Kaltura, MS Forms, PowerPoint.
· Good marketing skills to produce promotional material for website and social media (e.g., Kaltura; T4 Web editing; LinkedIn, Twitter; Adobe Indesign and Pro; Canva).
· High level interpersonal communication skills.
