As a Global HR Process Expert, you are responsible for the delivery of processes and solutions towards our local HR departments. You provide a great (end)user experience by working with the local HR teams, while keeping processes aligned globally as much as possible. You guide the Local HR teams in your area of expertise; from identifying opportunities for development to deployment and activation of solutions. You are committed to delivering end-to-end solutions that improve the lives of candidates, employees and managers.

The Global HR Process Expert coordinates the implementation of brand-new HR processes driven by the latest developments in HR Technology and manages the improvement of existing processes. This includes setting timelines and budgets and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. And finally, the Global HR Process Manager is responsible for proper deployment and activation of the improvement projects & initiatives, managing communication & change and ensuring the solutions properly land in the organization.


YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

You easily find solutions to seemingly impossible situations, and know how to create (temporary) workarounds to optimise business use whilst looking for sustainable solutions. Your goal is to provide a professional and smooth user experience for local HR teams and end users of our HR processes.. You will use your creativity and people skills to connect with all relevant stakeholders (from HR Directors to end-users), and get all the information you need to solve the puzzle on both process optimization and innovation. On top of this:

  • Provide functional lead and direction to global counterparts for process specific activities, ensuring global-local alignment.
  • Provide guidance in resolution of problems, reviews change requests, implementation of changes, ensures proper performance of our processes embedded in our systems and interfaces.
  • Draft/improve business process descriptions while challenging local HR on their assumptions.
  • Define local user stories as well as brings forward own user stories to change processes and systems.
  • Translate the strategy in your respective area of expertise into processes and ways of working.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers and successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Works closely together with HR Business Technology, ensuring HR processes are running smoothly in our HR systems while using their input to identify opportunities for improvement and innovations.
  • You work closely with Global HR Operations, HR-tech, the HR Business, and the global HR community and report to the manager of the Global HR Process Excellence team.


THIS YOU

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Management related area and around 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in HR processes and HR solutions.

  • Prior experience in an HR Process Management role.
  • Demonstrated project management (Prince2, scrum/agile, PMBOK) and Lean/change management experience.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, helicopter view and analytical skills across various programs / platforms.
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
  • Strong ability to develop highly effective partnerships across all levels, applying influence without using formal authority to deliver results.
  • Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo while maintaining a collaborative approach.
  • Translating business requirements to solid solutions.
  • Preferable experienced with Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an eye for details.
