Job Description:-
- Sourcing, and screening IT profiles of candidates as per the requirement.
- Scheduling Interviews and Follow-ups.
- Handling end-to-end IT recruitment via Job portals, referrals, social media, and head hunting.
- Preparing Job Description and Posting Jobs on Portals.
- Updating of all excel sheets related to employee details and maintain.
- Handling day to day Admin activities.
- Recruitment master-sheet/database.
- Taking first round of interviews.
- Sorting and Filling resumes.
Mandatory Skills:-
- Efficient knowledge of technology, technical roles and technical& skills.
- Handling Job Portals & Posting Jobs on Portals.
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
