Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our CBS, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, and roadmap for the CBS.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and new features.
- Ensure seamless integration of the CBS with other financial systems and platforms.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking Systems, preferably with experience in implementing or working with CBS Temenos (T24/Temenos Transact).
- Familiarity with EMI regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience in implementing Temenos Core Banking System (T24/Temenos Transact).
- Experience in working within an EMI licensed institution.
