  • Pay attention to the timing and order of adding ingredients to achieve the desired flavors and textures.

Presentation:

  • Plate dishes attractively, paying attention to aesthetics.

Garnish with fresh herbs, grated coconut, or other appropriate garnishes.

Quality Control:

  • Taste and adjust dishes for seasoning, spiciness, and overall flavor.

Ensure that dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards.
