We are on the hunt for a proficient Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to join our remote workforce. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in establishing and managing our online storefronts on Amazon, eBay, and Google Shopping, ensuring an outstanding representation of our brand across these platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, manage, and optimize our online listings and presence on eBay, Amazon, and Google Shopping.
- Create, manage, and refine product listings across all platforms to ensure accurate representation and to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketplace performance metrics, aiming for continual optimization of visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory levels across all marketplaces.
- Respond promptly and professionally to marketplace-related concerns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing online marketplaces, such as eBay and Amazon.
- Strong grasp of marketplace algorithms, SEO best practices, and product listing optimization.
- Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Ability to operate remotely and coordinate effectively with a distributed team.
- Knowledge in the coffee industry is a notable advantage, although not mandatory.
