What you’ll be doing
Ensure that the company meets all its financial regulatory requirements.
Control and oversight of the Finance function: reconciliation jobs, oversight of local operational tasks, KPIs and KRIs monitoring.
Preparation of CSSF/BCL periodical reporting and management financial reporting for the entity.
Budget monitoring, cashflows forecasting.
Respect of internal procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
Spend management control: control payment Tax, VAT, payroll tax and social security.
Liaise with internal and external audit teams.
Coordinate with outsourced payroll service provider.
About you, you have
A bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification from an internationally recognised body are advantageous;
At least 3 years of experience of working in a finance function (desirably with a reputed Audit Firm but not mandatory).
Knowledge of the Luxembourg finance ecosystem and the regulatory requirements (capital, liquidity…)
Demonstrable experience as a team player within the financial industry (PSP/EMI/Fintech experience is preferred);
Strong communication skills and exceptional organisation skills, especially under pressure;
Strong time management skills, attention to detail and ability to self-review and question outputs before sending to stakeholders.
Competent with MS Office skills, especially Excel.
