As IT Director, your role will be to run the day-to-day activities of the companies Finnish IT side, which supports will support both the Finnish market and global IT efforts.
You will act as a strategic link in the global IT efforts with extensive communication and collaboration with It management team.
Ensuring personnel competence development.
Ensure on-boarding, local HR questions, office set-up and being in charge of the local team and help their managers in Sweden to perform and lead.

- 5+ years of overall experience, with experience in a Microsoft environment.
