Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements, invoices, and other documents.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Format information for internal and external communication -emails, presentations & reports.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
- File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports.
- At least 2 years of experience
- Ability to quickly pick up firm-specific programs and software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Quick thinking to make decisions under pressure
- Social media management: Assist in managing social media accounts for our clients, including creating and scheduling engaging posts, monitoring comments and messages, and tracking social media analytics.
