Office Assistant - Part time (Moorebank)
This is an opportunity for a proficient office all-rounder to assist with managing all aspects of the day to day running of the office.
This would be inclusive of:
- Accounts & Processing Payments/Invoices
- Client Communication, inclusive of E-Mails & Phone Calls
- Calling prospective new clients
- Managing Calendar Appointments
- Basic Logistics Documentation & Record Keeping
- Client Facing Role
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- 1+ Years Experience in the Transport Industry
- 1+ Years Experience within in an Office Environment
- Experience using Xero Accounting Software
- Excellent Communication Skills - Inclusive of Strong Email & Presentation Skills
- Competent in Microsoft suite of programs, inclusive of Excel, Word & Outlook
- A drive to learn
- Strong Daily Task Management & Organizational Skills
