Office Assistant - Part time (Moorebank)

This is an opportunity for a proficient office all-rounder to assist with managing all aspects of the day to day running of the office.

This would be inclusive of:

  • Accounts & Processing Payments/Invoices
  • Client Communication, inclusive of E-Mails & Phone Calls
  • Calling prospective new clients
  • Managing Calendar Appointments
  • Basic Logistics Documentation & Record Keeping
  • Client Facing Role

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • 1+ Years Experience in the Transport Industry
  • 1+ Years Experience within in an Office Environment
  • Experience using Xero Accounting Software
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Inclusive of Strong Email & Presentation Skills
  • Competent in Microsoft suite of programs, inclusive of Excel, Word & Outlook
  • A drive to learn
  • Strong Daily Task Management & Organizational Skills

Salary: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
