This full-time on-site Junior Finance and Accounting Staff role is located in Kuta and as a key role in supporting the financial operations of the company. You will work closely with senior finance team members to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, compliance with regulations, and timely reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Input and update financial data into accounting software.
- Learn and apply basic accounting principles.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
- Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support their financial needs.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by the finance team.
- Take initiative in asking questions and seeking guidance from experienced team members.
Qualifications
- Domiciled in Bali
- 2-3 years of experience as finance/accounting consultant
- Undergraduate or a fresh graduate in accounting field and understand taxation would preferred.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written and enjoy communicating with clients
- Understands of accounting principles (standard and practices), basic taxation
- Has experience with accounting software programs i.e Jurnal, Accurate, Xero or D-365 preferred
- Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential to success in this role
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Understanding of Indonesian accounting practices and tax regulations is preferred
